I'm around 5 foot 4, 155 lbs.14 years old, and male.This will be my first year playing rugby and I want to go into it in the best shape of my life,( pretty much any shape better than now) I'm fairly strong but am lacking in running speed/endurance, I've started lifting weights just the basics, bench press, curls, and lat pull downs.I really want to play number 8, What can I do to get in shape and dominate the game?
