How can I Help this little one Come out?

I am 37 weeks pregnant & went for a Sonogram today! My Baby is currently 8.5 lbs already! I would really like for my little one to come out soon because if i go to 40 weeks the baby (according to the sonogram) will be about 10 lbs! Any suggestions on how to help bring on labor?? My OB did an pelvic exam today & i am not dialated or effaced yet so i am starting at the very begining!! I am willing to do ANYTHING!! As long as it is safe for the baby! Thanks to all in advance!
