Family thing. Please read the discription,.?

So i am 13 years old and my dad has been giving me problems. He says things like "Nobody talks to me like that" He acts tough but he isnt. I have hated him almost all my life for the way he treats me. He never actually beats me but he says he will. He says he will chase me round the block like a dog. He PISSES ME THE **** OFF. Everytime he makes me angry i punch the frickin wall. I'd say i do this 20 times a month. I seriously hurt myself trying to get the anger out of me because of him.And i know what your thinking- Im a moaning lil ***** for my age, but my dad has been married to other people before i was born and my mum told me he had kicked his 2 kids out the house on the streets when they were little because of problems with their mum. My dad has made my mum cry. I never ever get along with him. Okay so just today we got into an argument about saving money (Because my mum had to go and see her mum abroad so we are expiriencing money problems) He told me to make sure the lights which are not needed are of to save electricity. Literally 1 ******* light was on and he goes in a strop complaining to my mum about how careless i am. I am about to leave the room when i heard him say that. So i say to him "Im not the only one who has to save electricity you know. Then he starts shouting at me like crazy saying how he is like a volcano and no one can calm him down. So i go upstairs PISSED as ever and i punch THE ******* **** OUT OF THE WALL AND one of my knuckles goes through my hand so you cant see it. I am so mad i dunno wat do do please answer
