What is the punishment for 9 cl b and c felonies and 23 misdemeanors in the state of CT?

This is the third or fourth time this person has been incarcerated for similar charges. They all relate to burglary, forgery, and credit card fraud. I was told less than 3 years, but I don't see how such little time is possible. What would be the sentencing in CT for these crimes?
