Emancipation of some sort?

okay may parents are in the process of divorce my dad lives in washington and my mom lives in pennsylvania my mom is the custodial parent and i live with my dad in the summer my aunt threw out a crazy idea that i would work for her as a babysitter but full time though like i would live with her and watch her kids when im home from school could i move away from my mom and go live with my aunt in washington to work for her
