Has anyone took this during pregnancy?

I went to the hospital july8th for a kidney inf. They gave me cipro (I think that's what it's called) it's a antiobiotic well I didn't like the way it made me feel so I only took 3 pills well I went to my dr and he gave mr amoxicillion I only took like 4 of these! At the hospital they did a urine sample and it said I wasn't pregnant! Well I conceived July 15 and am now pregnant will this hve any effect on my baby??
