What's are some good crossbows for under $200?

I'm looking to buy a crossbow as I'm interested in it as a hobby. I'm not sure what to get. I heard horton's good, but at least for now I'd like to stay in the $150 - $190 range. What are some good crossbows in this range (power, fps, accuracy, reliability, easiness to use / load)?
