Why are teen girls who get pregnant not institutionalized after having their pregancy?

i am pro choice and i agree some teen PARENTS IT TAKES TWO TO MAKE A BABY JACK *** and a lot of the times it is male deception that gets these girls pregnant. personally i was smart and responsible enough to have a baby as a teen but i probably wouldn't have it because i am smart and responsible to know i wouldn't want to care for a child at that time. but i was never in this situation. But it is so easy to judge when you can't understand this yourself. sometimes people do everything there is to do right when having and still conceive. you are a moron for this statement however. my mother was a teen mom and she was amazing.
